Life-Saving Skills Training programme concludes

Belpahar : A Life-Saving Skills Training programme was conducted by Team Aarogyam and Jeena Isika Naam Hai (JINH) Charitable Trust at Belpahar on 1st December. In this Training Programme, around 76 participants from various schools and colleges along with NCC Cadets had participated.

The main aim of this training programme was to train students on how to aid an accident victim or give the first aid services in an emergency situation. These life-saving skills were conducted by Baban Singh, the founder and coordinator of Caring Life

In the closing ceremony held on 1st December. Brajrajnagar MLA Kishore Kumar Mohanty was the Chief Guest and shared why it is necessary for everyone to undergo this Life-Saving Skills and its importance in today’s life especially�in our District.

“After this programme, we are going to conduct a mock drill exercise in �how to assist an accident victim at Belpahar and Gumadera area and after that in Brajrajnagar, Jharsuguda, where the accidents are very frequent and we would make awareness about the life-saving skills.” said Baban Singh
