Jharsuguda : Aparna World School hosted Agazzz…2nd Annual Sports Day 2016 with a lot of fun and fare. On behalf of Shri Dinesh Kumar Yadav Executive Director, Shri Y K Agarwal Senior Executive Member of Bhusan Power and Steel graced the occasion as the Chief Guest along with our Guest of Honour Smt Balwinder Kaur Dubey, Principal of Women’s College Jharsuguda.
The School Band Marched and took the salute with grace and poise. �Children of Pre Primary and Primary wings participated in many skill oriented sports events.The 100 metre Sprint in both Boys and Girls category as well as The Relay Races were the main attraction of the Day!
Parents also participated in fun races with energy and enthusiasm and were awarded 1st, 2nd and 3rd Positions respectively. Atluya House was awarded the Overall Champion in Sports and Games and the Ajeya and Abhaya Houses bagged the Runner Up position and Akshya was awarded the 3rd Position. The Trophies were handed over to the House students along with Certificates and Medals.
