Jharsuguda: Odisha Power Generation Corporation (OPGC) on Saturday announced a planned annual outage of Unit �I (210MW) for executing scheduled maintenance and repair of the unit from 17th January onwards.
The maintenance works would continue for 35 days, OPGC sources said.
Annual maintenance/overhaul of Boiler along with associated power plant equipments and Capital Overhaul of Turbine, and Generator etc. shall be carried out during this period
�This Outage has been planned in advance in consultation with concerned State authorities like Gridco and State Load Despatch Centre (SLDC). The last annual overhaul of Unit-1 was done from 26thAugust 2014 to 05th�October, 2014.OPGC sources said
