Jharsuguda : Yesterday Shri Agarsen Jayanti was being celebrated with great pomp and show. This jayanti was an annual Celebration by the Agrasen community by worshiping Shri Agarsen Ji Maharaj on this day. On this auspicious occasion a Shobha yatra was being taken out from Agarsen Chowk till Station Chowk. Later on a ceremony was being held at Tibrewal Dharamshala where the main chief guest was Shri Naba Kishore das , Jharsuguda MLA along with various other distinguished people like Mohan Lal Agarwal , Sitaram Bondia , S.K. Agarwal (VP, Vedanta) Heta Ram Modi , Murarilal Tulshyan , Ram Kishan Khetan , Kishan Lal Sultania etc. The Function started with Fancy Dress Competition in which many childrens had taken part and won several prizes.However,the celebration’s main attraction was the King of Comedy – Raju Srivastav who had performed live at this function. The function was being organised by Shri Agarsen Seva Samiti and there members.
