Jharsuguda Municipality Executive Officer Ram Chandra Pradhan placed under Suspension by HUD Department
Jharsuguda : Jharsuguda Executive Officer of Jharsuguda Municipality was placed under suspension by the Housing and Urban Development Department for dereliction in Government Duty
As per the Government Order Ref. No. HUD/MUN/MIS-0067-2020 956/HUD dated on 19th January 2021, its states that as a disciplinary proceeding Rama Chandra Pradhan, Executive Officer of Jharsuguda Municipality has been contemplated for disobedience of Government orders, poor governance, non-performance, non-attainment of target and dereliction in Government duty, deliberate attempt not to implement Government orders, low performance in implementation of developmental works. Therefore, Rama Chandra Pradhan, Executive Officer, Jharsuguda ahs been placed under suspension with immediate effect in terms of Rule 12(1)(a) of O.C.S. (CCA) Rules, 1962 until further orders.
Additionally, during the period of suspension, the Headquarter of Pradhan shall be the office of the Municipal Commissioner, Sambalpur Municipal Corporation and he shall not leave Headquarters without obtaining the prior permission of the competent authority. Meanwhile, He shall be entitled for the payment of subsistence allowance in accordance with Rule-90 of Odisha Service Code.
