Jharsuguda MLA Tankadhar Tripathy Lays Foundation Stones for Projects Worth Over ₹50 Crore in Kolabira Block

Jharsuguda, April 26: Jharsuguda MLA Tankadhar Tripathy laid the foundation stones for a series of developmental projects worth over ₹50 crore in the Kolabira Block under the Jharsuguda Assembly constituency. In a marathon inauguration program, Tripathy laid foundation stones for 24 projects aimed at the holistic development of the region.
The projects include:
Construction of a Community Center at Paramanpur at an estimated cost of ₹3 lakh
Renovation of Mausi Maa Temple at ₹6 lakh
Construction of a Bhagabata Mandir room at Kantatikra village at ₹2 lakh
Renovation of Shiva Temple in Keldamal Panchayat at ₹3 lakh
Construction of a stage at the Football Field in Raghunathpali Panchayat at ₹2 lakh
Development of the Raghunathpali-Jhiajor road with an estimated budget of ₹2.41 crore
Renovation of Jagannath Temple at Kilabira village at ₹5 lakh
Construction of an Open-Air Stage near Purohit Bandh in Kolabira village at ₹2 lakh
Renovation of Hanuman Temple at Kolanipada in Samasingha Panchayat at ₹2 lakh
Construction of a Community Center at Kolanipada at ₹3 lakh
Renovation of Geeta Mandir at Samasingha village at ₹2 lakh
Renovation of Shiva Temple at Telibandh with ₹3 lakh
Construction of a Kirtan Mandap at Saragipada, Samasingha village at ₹6 lakh
Renovation of Shiva Temple at Mahadevpali with ₹5 lakh
Renovation of Shiva Temple at Pandkimala village at ₹3.5 lakh
Construction of a boundary wall at Pokharasahle Temple at ₹3 lakh
Construction of a Community Center at Malidihi’s Kendupada at ₹3 lakh
Renovation of Ram Mandir at Lariapali village at ₹3.5 lakh
Construction of a Community Center at Gandapada, Jhiralpali at ₹3 lakh
Renovation of Samlei Temple at Jhiralpali at ₹3 lakh
Road improvement works at Sannyasipali at a cost of ₹9.5 crore
In addition to these, MLA Tripathy also laid the foundation stone for:
Construction of the Kantapali to Bhimajor road at a cost of ₹25.36 crore
Construction of the Bhimajor-Kantapali bridge with an estimated budget of ₹13.11 crore.
Speaking on the occasion, MLA Tankadhar Tripathy said, “Today, the long-pending demands of Kolabira residents have been addressed through these project launches. In the coming days, all remaining public demands will be progressively fulfilled to ensure the comprehensive development of Kolabira.”
District Project Officer Bishwaranjan Nayak, PI & TDA Head Sanjeev Patel, Kolabira Block Development Officer Ashok Majhi, along with BJP leaders Rajesh Das, Samar Ray, Mahendra Sahu, Bedavyas Pradhan, Linkan Todkar, Arun Behera, Monaj Sahu, Prakash Nayak, Naveen Kishan, Janavi Pradhan, and Bhagirathi Gardia, among others, were present at the event.
