Jharsuguda : In order to addressed grievances of general public, who are residing at remote places of the district and are unable to come due to unavailability of public transport and restriction in movement due to COVID19 epidemic, Jharsuguda SP has introduced ” Phone Re SP ” (SP on Phone) initiative.
In this initiative, general public can call in the given landline number (06645 – 270808) of SP Jharsuguda between 10.30 to 11.30 on all Mondays. This will start from starting from 29th June 2020.
During this scheduled time SP will be personally available to listen and address grievances related to Police functioning over telephone. This will be over and above present channels of grievance redressal available to public. Public grievances are also being heard and addressed by SP and senior officers of Jharsuguda district during all office hours.
Jharsuguda Superintendent of Police Rahul PR said that, ” This initiative has been started keeping in view for the citizens who are living in remote areas of the district and are facing difficulty in meeting SP directly and addressing their grievance, so we have introduced this initiative for facilitating citizens to call our Landline Number (06645 – 270808) between 10.30 to 11.30 on all Mondays, starting from 29th June, where they can redresses their grievance directly to me. “
