Jharsuguda: Twelve labours working under a contractor of Bhusan Steel & Power Limited were injured when their bus steering got failed and overturned near Tumbekela Chowk near Kherwal Bridge at Jharsuguda.
The injured that were identified were Arbin Kumar Yadav (19), Ram Kishan Singh (29) , Kishan Majhi (38) , Mangra Lakra (28), Deepak Kumar Sharma (21), Rupesh Ku. Sharma (22), Sonu Kumar thakur (18), Sataveya sawainyan (24) , Lalan Yadav (35) , Pradeep Singh (18), Askar Soren (25) , Ramji Patel (48), all were resident of Siriabagicha of Jharsuguda.
According to sources, The bus (OR-23C 0048) had took the labourers to the Bhusan Steel and Power for work at 7 : 00 AM from Siriabagicha and on the way near Tumbekela Chowk of Shahpada lost control due to the steering fail, However the driver diverted the bus right , due to which the bus overturned. The injured were then immediately taken to the Dist. Headquarter Hospital. Most of them had received head injury.
