JABBA : Debasish Dutta won Mr. Odisha & Mr. Jharsuguda Title

Jharsuguda: Mr. Odisha Open Classic Body Building Championship which was organized by Jharsuguda Amateur Body Building Association was won by Debasish Dutta of Jharsuguda. Total 28 participant had participated from different place like Bhubaneswar, Ganjam , Bargarh etc.  In the final ten selection Dolamani Rout of Bargarh stood 10th position, Panchanam Nayak of Bargarh stood 9th Place, Rabindra Kumar Moharan of Ganjam stood 8th Place, Jitesh Kumar Dash of Ganjam stood 7th Place, V. Srikanth of Ganjam stood 6th position, Parameswar Marai of Jharsuguda stood 5th place,Safique Rahem of Bargarh stood 4th Place , Braja Bandhu Suara of Ganjam stood 3rd , Soumya Kanta Pradhan of Bargarh stood 2nd Place and Debasis Dutta of Bargarh stood first place. Debasih Dutta also won the tilte of Mr. Jharsuguda too.

In this occasion the Ex- Speaker Kishore Kumar Mohanty along with Dist. Collector Bishnu Prasad Sahoo was the Chief Guest and had distributed awards to the winners. In this context, Ex- speaker Mohanty had announced that for promoting this type of event would bring the name and fame of Jharsuguda in the National as well in international level. He added that soon Jharsuguda would have auditorium facilities which are to be constructed at old Drama Pandal with an estimate cost of Rs. 50 Lakhs. Dist. Collector Bishnu Prasad Sahoo said that “I am overwhelmed to see the participants who have worked hard for the competition. I would assure all the participants that if they face any type of problem then they can directly come to me and I am always with you all. He also added that he see if the needy body builders would get some type of employment.

The Judges of this tournament were Chittaranjan Swain of Bhubaneswar , Ashok Naik of Kalahandi , Golak Pattnaik of Angul , Manmath Mishra of Jharsuguda , Manoj Mishra of Jharsuguda , Kishore Mihra of Bargarh and Biswambar Bohidar of Sambalpur.
